Its exceptional biostability provides long-term sump life when properly maintained, and the addition of a non-chlorinated E.P. package provides extended tool life. PowerChip 2000 works well in hard-water environments and its transparent solution allows for easy viewing of workpiece. Provides excellent rust protection and minimal foaming. PowerChip 2000 provides superior way-lube rejection, leading to cleaner coolant and longer sump life. Good for ferrous metals especially titanium, inconel, stainless steel. Suited for hard to machine aluminum and other alloys.
