NEW Water-Based Minimum Quantity Stamping Lubricant
Glenview, IL â February 26, 2010 â Accu-Lube announces an economical minimum quantity metalworking lubricant with non-chlorinated extreme pressure and boundary lubrication additives that is specially designed to meet the needs for stamping applications. Synthetic II is formulated to produce high quality parts in moderate-duty operations with ferrous and nonferrous metals. It provides a lot of lubricity, excellent corrosion protection, and is easy to clean.
Accu-Lube Synthetic II is an environmentally-safe lubricant that can be used in a wide range of metalworking and forming applications. The high lubricity qualities of this product perform extremely well in difficult operations where a lot of friction is generated. It helps to improve die life and reduces scrap to save time and money.
