Compact & Affordable Tramp Oil Separator
Glenview, IL â March 21, 2009 â Rustlick is very please to announce a new compact, efficient, and affordable tramp oil separator. The Mini SC removes tramp oil from water-miscible cutting fluids and quickly generates a positive return on investment by increasing coolant and tool life, as well as minimizing maintenance and machine downtime.
This economical coalescer features specially engineered coalescing media, pneumatic diaphragm pump, and a compact 13 gallon tank that is ideal for tucking next to a sump. The pre-filter maximizes the coalescing mediaâs effectiveness and the machine runs on compressed air so there are no electric cables or cords. Unlike traditional wheel skimmers the Mini SC works while the machine is operating, overnight, or over the weekend with no supervision required.
The Mini SC is designed to run at a flow rate of 2 to 5 gallons/minute with a total tank capacity of 10 gallons. The unit has a very small footprint, the dimensions are 24â wide, 21â deep, and 27â high. Float assembly, replacement filter cartridge, and waste oil pail come standard with every unit and the Mini SC has a limited One Year Warranty.
